1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use vz777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vz777 strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors.
• You are using the platform on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from vz777 for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person may maintain only one active account on vz777 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether by the same individual or by individuals sharing a device or payment method with intent to circumvent platform rules — is strictly prohibited. vz777 may employ technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, vz777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balance deemed to have been obtained through account duplication.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity, or false payment information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without reimbursement of the account balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vz777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vz777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vz777 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your vz777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to verification and withdrawal conditions) will be processed to your nominated payment method. Accounts closed at a player's request following a self-exclusion request will be treated in accordance with the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. vz777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which vz777 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on vz777 is 500 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit, though vz777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions in compliance with its internal verification procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted from a player's Real Money Balance. Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. vz777 may require identity verification (KYC documentation including a copy of your CNIC) before processing a player's first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification at vz777's discretion.

4.4 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during standard business hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or MCB Bank may take one to two business days. vz777 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4.5 Refused Transactions

vz777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the transaction may violate these Terms, or where required to do so by law. In such cases, vz777 will notify the player where permitted to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by vz777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered or displayed in the player's account promotions tab. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to the bonus in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant bonus offer before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, only certain game categories may contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement. Players are encouraged to review the bonus terms in full before claiming any offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vz777 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, including but not limited to: claiming a new-player bonus on a duplicate account, using low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting a technical error in a bonus configuration.

5.4 Promotional Changes

vz777 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to govern that specific bonus.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on vz777 — including but not limited to Royal Fishing, Mahjong Ways, Jackpot Slots, live Sic Bo, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Cockfighting — are subject to individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

vz777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by studios employing regulated dealing procedures. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative of recent payouts and may vary; they do not constitute a guarantee of future winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any vz777 content without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vz777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of vz777, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

vz777's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum of 50,000 PKR.

12 Amendments to These Terms
